I am writing this article to share areas that I feel are worth exploring in 2022. I have curated this list considering the current situation and expected trends. As you go through the below list, you’ll find the why and how one can step into these categories.
Here is the list of courses that I feel are worth learning in 2022
1. No Code
What’s No Code: When (end) users build web/mobile apps using platforms/technologies without writing a single line of code.
Who can learn: Anyone. These platforms do not require any technical knowledge or computer science background, hence anyone has an understanding of the end product and basic knowledge of web and mobile applications and their designs.
Platforms: Glide Apps, Webflow, Bubble, etc
Recommended Course: No-Code Workshop by Keshav Sharma. I did attend this course lately. It is a basic workshop that can help you onboard with the concept of No Code.
2. Mastering Google Sheets, Docs, Slides
We all use these Google products every day, but have we ever thought to become experts? On gaining the right skills, these products will not only help you in enhancing your daily productivity but also equip you to present ideas to the world.
Who can learn: Anyone! Everyone should learn and become proficient with Google products, especially Sheets, Docs and Slides. Seeing the trends and market demands, companies have started removing these sets of skills from their “must-haves” as they have become “should-haves”.
Recommended Course/Materials: Google Cloud Productivity by Joe Buchmann
3. LinkedIn Mastery
Gone are the days when recruiters rely on your resumes to learn what type of person you are and the skills you have. Mastering LinkedIn is one of the most underrated skills we have in today’s world. I have seen people getting their first Job, that important lead, client, co-founder and what not from LinkedIn.
Who can learn: College students and working professionals (considering founders, freelancers, self-employed). Anyone who wants to connect with industry leaders or looking to get their dream job should be on LinkedIn with their most updated profile.
Recommended Courses: LinkedIn 5 Day Workshop by Vaibhav Sisinty
